What to Expect in a 1:1 Online Session
Arrival & Connection with Intention Setting
You will be sent all the consent and waiver forms, as well as the login information prior to your session. You will log into the session by following the Zoom link sent to your email address. We will begin the session by addressing your current needs and goals for the journey, and there will be space to set any intentions you might have.
Framing
A thorough explanation of the breathing technique, what you may experience (physically, emotionally, mentally), important safety information and contraindications, and a time to go over any questions you may have.
Breathwork Journey (approx. 60 minutes)
Lying comfortably, you will be guided into your journey by a personalized playlist through your personal headset. Throughout the session, I offer encouraging cues, intuitive guidance, and energetic work to help support your process.
Integration & Closing
After the breathwork session, we will bring you back into your space through some silence and then gentle music. There will be time for journaling, and personal reflection, in which you are welcome to share about what you experienced. You can also receive integration guidance or resources—such as breathing exercises, embodiment practices, or herbal recommendations—based on what came up for you.
One-on-one virtual sessions take between 90-120 minutes total time.
How to Prepare
Prepare your space
Please set up your personal space prior to meeting virtually.
You will need: A comfortable place to lay down, in which you can easily move around in (ie a yoga mat, a blanket, even your bed)
Blankets, a bolster, a pillow, an eye mask, and anything else you think you might need to help make your journey cozy and comfortable.
Have a glass or bottle of water nearby
Journal and pen
Optional suggestions to bring into your space: candles, dim lighting or darkness, altar items or special items you want near you in your session, incense or sage to burn after the session
What to Wear
Wear clothes that are layered, and comfortable to move around in.
What to Eat
Please avoid eating a large meal at least 2 hours before the session to support deeper breathing and energy flow.
Please be Punctual
Do your best to arrive on time to the Zoom room so that we can ensure a thorough session within your allotted timeframe.
Allow time for integration
If possible, keep your schedule calm and open for the remainder of the day to give yourself time to integrate and process your experience.
