1:1 Breathwork Sessions
An individualized and tailored breathing experience to support your healing journey on emotional, mental, physical and energetic levels. Private breathwork sessions take place in a studio space, or in an agreed upon outdoor location.
What to Expect in a 1:1 Breathwork Session
Arrival & Connection with Intention Setting
You will be welcomed into the space and we will start with a grounding practice. There will be time to go over an intake form and an open-hearted conversation to learn what is present within you and your goals and intentions for the practice.
Framing
A thorough explanation of the breathing technique, what you may experience (physically, emotionally, mentally), important safety information and contraindications, and a time to go over any questions you may have.
Breathwork Journey (approx. 60 minutes)
Lying comfortably, you will be guided into your journey by a personalized playlist and sound therapy instruments. Throughout the session, I offer (optional) intuitive guidance, supportive touch and bodywork, and energetic work to help support your process.
Integration & Closing
After the breathwork session, we will bring you back into the space with a gentle sound bath and a cup of herbal tea. There will be time for journaling, and personal reflection, in which you are welcome to share about what you experienced. You can also receive integration guidance or resources—such as breathing exercises, embodiment practices, or herbal recommendations—based on what came up for you.
One-on-one sessions take between 90-120 minutes total time.
