Group Breathwork

Breathwork in a group setting is a powerful way to connect with yourself deeply within a safe and welcoming community container.

What to Expect:

Arrival
You will be warmly welcomed into the space upon arrival. We begin with a gentle grounding meditation to drop into the present and connect with our heart-space and the group energy.

Intention Setting
From this inward place, we’ll set a personal intention to harbor your journey.

Opening the Circle
We’ll share names and a small bit about ourselves depending on group size. You may also speak your intention aloud to share with the group if you are open to it. I will guide us through an opening circle practice based in my involving the elements and directions to initiate the ceremony and journey.

Framing the Journey
Before we begin the breathwork, I’ll thoroughly explain the breathing technique, common physical, emotional, or mental experiences that may occur, share important safety information and contraindications, and answer any questions you may have.

Breathwork (approx. 60 minutes)
After a bathroom break, we will begin the breathing practice. You will begin lying down, with your eyes closed, and be guided through a powerful journey of Breathwork. This will be supported by a curated musical playlist and instruments, gentle encouragement and facilitation, and optional supportive touch and energy work.

Integration – Sound Bath, Journaling & Sharing
We will come back to the space slowly and gently with sound bowls and a warm cup of herbal tea. We will take quiet time to journal and reflect. We’ll then move into a sharing circle — an important moment to express and be witnessed, as well as listen and learn from others’ experiences. Sharing is encouraged but always optional.

Closing the Circle
We end or time together with grounding practices and a closing of the circle.

Total time together for a group breathwork is approximately 2 hours.

How to Prepare for a Group Breathwork

Please read the following guidelines on how to best prepare for a group breathwork session. Arriving prepared helps co-create a supportive experience for all.

What to Bring

  • A yoga mat to lay upon

  • A bottle of water

  • Journal and pen

  • Optional: blankets will be provided, however please feel free to bring an additional blanket or blindfold for comfort and deeper inward focus.

What to Wear
Wear comfortable, layered clothing that allows for movement and breath expansion.

What to Eat
Please avoid eating large meals at least 2 hours before the session to support deeper breathing and energy flow.

Please be Punctual

  • Doors open 15 minutes before the session starts. We recommend arriving early to settle in and
    find your spot.

  • Please note: Doors will close 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. To maintain a safe, uninterrupted space for all participants, we do not allow late entry.

After the Session
Allow yourself time to rest and integrate. We recommend keeping the rest of your day as spacious and calm as possible to support emotional, energetic, and physical integration.
